Oásis Atlântico Real Estate

The Oásis Atlântico is an economic group born in Cape Verde, with 8 years of experience in the tourisme and real-estate area and its mission is to invest in countries of portuguese language and to promote the touristic development, considering the social and cultural environment. The group`s strategy is to consolidate their hotel business, as Oásis Atlântico has at the moment 7 hotels, 4 in Cape Verde and 3 in the Northeast Brazil, in the State of Ceará, as well as to develop the real-estate business, in Cape Verde, where the activity started, and in Brazil, in Ceará, where the group has been growing fast and is preparing new projects.

The group`s intention is to keep growing in the hotel business, not only in the Islands of Cape Verde, but as well in other states of Brazil, and also in other countries of portuguese language.

The Oásis Atlântico has in the real-estate area some projects in Cape Verde and in Brazil, that consist in the construction of appartments for touristic and hotel exploration. There are 4 projects in the process of disband: SalinasSea in Sal Island, which launch is expected to happen in September of 2007, SalinasSand also in the same Island, Sal-Rei in Boavista Island and Prainha Suite Hotel, near the Praiamar Hotel, in Santiago Island. These 3 last projects are for the first and second trimester of 2008.

The SalinasSea stands in first line of Santa Maria`s beach and the SalinasSand is right behind, and they will be part of a complex with appartments, swimmingpools, restaurants, bars, a spa with an interior climatized pool, a gym, and a commercial gallery. The Oásis Atlântico Sal-Rei in Boavista, located in the ex tuna`s factory, in the center of the Sal-Rei village and in front of the beach, has a total of 111 units, appartments and shops, and Oásis Atlântico Prainha Suite Hotel, near Praiamar Hotel, in Santiago, with approximately 100 units.

The increase in the last few years of Cape Verde as a touristic destination will allow a fast development of these real-estate projects, as they are part of a strong, growing and valued market, near Europe and complementary to the Canarias Islands.

With these projects, the group pretends to create a space where the investor could in a beneficial way and with safety, enjoy with confort all the services provided by the complexes, such as swimmingpools, spas, restaurants, shops, and others; take pleasure of the special Oásis Atlântico card which provides discounts in the different hotels of the group, and have their vacations not only in the space acquired, but in any hotel Oásis Atlântico, in Cape Verde or Brazil, without any additional charges.
